Job Description
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Human Resources (HR) has an outstanding opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist 3 to join the HR Staffing team in service of the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) in Hartford. This role is responsible for the proactive recruitment and relationship management of experienced clinical candidates, primarily in the specialties of mental health physicians, nurses, and therapists.

Requirements

  • Considerable knowledge of human resources management;
  • relevant state and federal laws, statutes, regulations, policies and procedures;
