Role Overview

The Human Resources Generalist I is responsible for implementing Human Resource programs, providing human resources services, and completing personnel transactions. The role involves talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, onboarding, performance evaluation administration, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, AA/EEO compliance, state licensing compliance, policy and procedures, and completing personnel transactions.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include conducting recruitment efforts, managing applicant tracking systems, performing benefits administration, employee relations counseling, unemployment and exit interviewing, administration of performance reviews and salary administration, and maintaining Human Resource Information System records.

The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or GED equivalent, with a preferred education of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field. The candidate should have 2-3 years of work experience, a valid driver's license, and a PHR/SPHR certification.
