Job Description
The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 depending on experience, with bonus opportunity. This is a Human Resources Generalist position responsible for managing human resources programs and services, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations, safety and health, succession planning, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing, service, or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and strong organizational multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional decorum.
  • Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR is highly desirable.
