Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a non-profit organization to identify a Human Resources Generalist for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

Requirements

Lead and manage employee relations activities, including investigations, coaching, and resolution of workplace concerns.
Ensure all personnel actions and employee documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update employee time, personal, and pay records using Paycom HRIS, including adjustments to timecards and job-related details.
Serve as the primary point of contact for FMLA administration and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information.
