Job Description
Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a non-profit organization to identify a Human Resources Generalist for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage employee relations activities, including investigations, coaching, and resolution of workplace concerns.
  • Ensure all personnel actions and employee documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee time, personal, and pay records using Paycom HRIS, including adjustments to timecards and job-related details.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for FMLA administration and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information.
