Job Description
Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a growing Engineering firm in Little Rock, seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support company-wide HR operations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multi-location or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, benefits, FMLA, and compliance administration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems (Paycom, ADP, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) a plus.
