Job Description
At Tenneco, we're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide overall generalist support for the Human Resources function in a manner which achieves plant and departmental goals and objectives and satisfying the needs of the employees. The role is responsible for payroll, recruiting, new hire onboarding, employee relations, training, HR administrative tasks and overall compliance with applicable Federal and State Laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or another related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
  • SHRM-CP/PHR Certification preferred but not required - if selected, Tenneco will support certification and recertification.
