Job Description
The Department of Natural Resources & Conservation (DNRC) is seeking a motivated Human Resource Generalist to provide a full range of human resource services, including recruitment and selection, employee and labor relations, FMLA/ADA administration, onboarding, training, classification and compensation, and EEO/Civil Rights compliance. The position is based in Missoula, MT, which offers a unique blend of opportunities and natural beauty.

Requirements

  • An HR professional who can engage with agency management, employees, and human resource team members in a collaborative, solution-oriented manner.
  • A strong communicator, build effective working relationships, handle sensitive information with discretion, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced public-sector environment.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
