Requirements

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Employee Relations expert with experience handling investigations, manager and team member coaching, performance management, and difficult conversations
  • Adaptability to drive change in a fast-paced environment
  • 5-star communication skills with ability to connect with others and follow up timely with team member requests
  • Excel proficiency and ability to formulate plans using spreadsheets
  • Availability to work on-site Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
