Job Description
Realm Health is a licensed insurance agency domiciled in TX and licensed in 49 states. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive, day-to-day HR support across multiple businesses and brands within our corporate portfolio. This role will serve as a central point of contact for employees and managers on a wide range of HR matters, including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and labor and employment law compliance.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 or more years of progressive human resources experience in a generalist or similar HR role
  • Experience supporting multiple business units, locations, or brands, ideally within a corporate or shared services environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
