Human Resources Generalist role supporting a regional employee group of approximately 400 individuals. Maintains a positive, compliant, and supportive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations and compliance
Demonstrated experience managing investigations and administering FMLA leave
Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Proficiency with Paycom HRIS and timekeeping systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
