The HR Generalist role will be responsible for handling team member inquiries, facilitating employee relations conversations, conducting investigations, and maintaining up-to-date policies across platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or in a similar position
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations procedures
