Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, shape and implement HR policies, and assist in resolving employee relations matters.

Requirements

  • Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
  • Process employee status changes
  • Oversee HRIS administration
  • Support day-to-day administrative HR functions
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Lead monthly benefits reconciliation
  • Act as the primary escalation point for payroll discrepancies and benefit enrollment issues
  • Administer and support leave of absence processes
  • Coordinate and file workers’ compensation claims
  • Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits
  • Track compliance requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Safety, Payroll, Operations, and leadership teams
  • Coordinate and facilitate training, development, and employee performance review processes
  • Implement and track employee engagement initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate monthly and annual employee appreciation events
  • Generate and analyze HR reports
  • Assist with recruiting coordination
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive data
