Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to shape culture, strengthen leaders, and protect the associate experience. This is a highly visible, onsite role supporting both office and manufacturing environments across multiple states.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in employee relations, leave management, and performance management
Experience supporting both office and manufacturing teams preferred
Deep understanding of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA and ADA
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
