Job Description
The HR Generalist – Employee Experience will serve as a strategic partner in delivering key employee-centric HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience; at least 1–2 years with employee experience or communications focus
  • Strong experience in internal communications or managing a communications specialist
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and presentation skills
  • UKG Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity a plus
  • PHR/SPHR; SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification is preferred
