Job Description
Royal Brass and Hose is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and payroll processing. The HR Generalist will serve as a point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably as a generalist or in a similar capacity
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
