As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, executing corporate HR initiatives, and providing day-to-day tactical HR leadership and counsel to management.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR generalist role leading a region or division of 300+ employees
  • Demonstrated expertise in all HR functional areas with a strong emphasis in employment law
  • Proven knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in functional area(s)
  • Union experience a plus
  • Experience managing employee relation issues through investigation to resolution
  • MS Office & Google Suite
