Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing direct support to HR management, departmental management and NIKSUN employees covering a broad range of HR functional areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field of study required
  • A Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in a corporate or combined corporate/consulting setting
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws, as well as recruitment best practices
  • Experience working with a Human Capital Management system, preferably ADP WFN
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems – ADP Enterprise preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office products
