Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Generalist will serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR matters and provide guidance and support to both employees and managers.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or comparable field
  • 3-5 years exempt level HR experience in an industrial / manufacturing setting preferred
  • HR Certification desired (PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting employee relations and performance management
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
