Role OverviewAssist the Area HR Manager and area HR team with HR-related tasks, maintain employee records, and process personnel actions. Coordinate new hire Onboarding and Offboarding, and provide guidance on Employee Relations matters.

Perform a variety of HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing personnel actions, and coordinating professional development training. Provide guidance to human resource assistants and matrix business partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
- Minimum three years related experience

- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
