Role Overview

Assist the Area HR Manager and area HR team with HR-related tasks, maintain employee records, and process personnel actions. Coordinate new hire Onboarding and Offboarding, and provide guidance on Employee Relations matters.

What You Will Do

Perform a variety of HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing personnel actions, and coordinating professional development training. Provide guidance to human resource assistants and matrix business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
  • Minimum three years related experience

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
