Role Overview

Assist the Area HR Manager and area HR team with HR-related tasks, maintain employee records, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding. Focus on driving an inclusive work environment and integrating diversity and equity into everyday business.

What You Will Do

Perform HR-related tasks, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, provide guidance on employee relations, and assist with diversity and inclusion functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
  • Minimum three years related experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including proofreading, strong client service ability and excellent telephone skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
