Role Overview

As a Human Resources Generalist at HDR, you will assist the Area HR Manager and team with various HR-related tasks, maintain employee records, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also provide guidance on employee relations and diversity and inclusion matters.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with HR tasks, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and providing guidance on employee relations and diversity and inclusion matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
