Role OverviewThis is a hands-on Human Resources Generalist role supporting the IFS Ultimo Americas business. The position provides day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on payroll coordination, HRIS management, and administrative execution.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day HR support across employee lifecycle activities, serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, support employee relations matters, maintain accurate employee data, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and wage laws.
