Role OverviewThe Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing a wide range of Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
What You Will Do
Perform routine tasks to administer and execute human resource programs, advocate for Team Members, provide support and recommendations, and handle employment-related inquiries.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have knowledge of federal employment laws, HRIS systems, and principles and techniques of supervision. Leadership experience is highly desirable.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Knowledge of federal employment laws
