Role OverviewWe're looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll be a visible, trusted partner to both employees and operations leaders, supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, leave administration, and day-to-day HR across all shifts and departments.
What You Will Do
As an HR Generalist, you'll serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution. You'll also support high-volume hourly recruiting, administer leave programs, and maintain accurate employee records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience—preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or food production
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, FLSA)
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Paylocity; proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; comfortable working independently across multiple shifts and departments
