Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will support daily administrative tasks, implement HR policies, and manage employee relations, benefits, and training. They will work in the Keene, NH Plant and support both Keene and Brattleboro, VT plants. The role requires strong customer service skills, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

What You Will Do

The Human Resources Generalist will implement HR policies, support recruitment efforts, assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding, facilitate employee relations, and coordinate training activities. They will also help manage daily HR benefit inquiries, assist with open enrollment procedures, and support safety management.
