Role OverviewThe HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the organization's human resources functions and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies. This position partners with management and employees to provide guidance on HR programs, employee relations, payroll administration, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, safety, and compliance initiatives.
What You Will Do
Administer payroll and maintain employee records throughout the employment lifecycle. Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation processes. Coordinate background checks and employment eligibility verification. Administer benefits, leave programs, and other HR-related services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- At least three (3) years of human resources experience in payroll administration, employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration
- Ability to travel domestically as needed to support business operations
- Manufacturing experience highly preferred
