Role Overview

The Human Resources Generalist supports the Human Resources Business Partners in various human resources functions, including workforce management, recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, training, development, and employee records. This entry-level role provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department and offers opportunities for professional growth and career development within Human Resources.

What You Will Do

Provides guidance and support to employees, addresses employee concerns, manages FMLA process, tracks FMLA & STD leave, assists with employee relations investigations, and coordinates onboarding and assimilation programs. Supports performance review process, acts as a liaison between shared services benefits and payroll team, and answers employee questions about benefits and payroll.
