Role OverviewThe Human Resources Generalist will oversee all local HR requirements, including performance management, employee relations, associate engagement, community giving, recruiting, safety/compliance, and some payroll and benefits responsibilities. The role requires collaboration with the corporate human resources team to ensure alignment and maintaining confidentiality of business and personnel information.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include managing local payroll processes, handling new hire, termination, and payroll change paperwork, recruiting and hiring production associate workers, administering benefits, and assisting with benefits open enrollment. The role also involves leave of absence administration, compliance and posting requirements of the safety program, and assisting the leadership team.
