Role Overview

The HR Operations & Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Carina's HR operations, employee benefits, HR systems, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, personnel records, and HR compliance processes.

What You Will Do

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, prepare employment documentation, administer employee benefit programs, and maintain HRIS data integrity.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and three or more years of HR operations or HR administration experience. The ideal candidate will have experience administering employee benefits and leave programs, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
