Role OverviewJoin Sourcebooks' growing People team as an HR Generalist, supporting day-to-day HR operations across a multi-state workforce with a focus on compliance administration. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week and is not eligible for fully remote work. You'll partner with the Sr. Director of HR on organizational development and compensation reviews, building your generalist foundation while gaining exposure to the strategic side of HR.
What You Will Do
Serve as a trusted HR point of contact, providing day-to-day support and guidance across the employee lifecycle, including investigations and corrective action. Support compliance across Sourcebooks' 20-state footprint, assist with EEO-1 and other compliance reporting, and monitor employment law changes affecting policy.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with 4–7 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally including employee relations, investigations, or corrective action. You should have a working knowledge of employment law fundamentals and exposure to compensation processes, job evaluation, or organizational design.
