Role OverviewThe HR Generalist position will be based at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) WA., and also assist our SFO HR operations remotely. You will successfully partner with leading the strategy and execution of all our HR efforts for our airline accounts in Seattle and San Francisco.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and leaders regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. Build strong, trusted relationships throughout the organization. Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and corrective action matters.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Strong working knowledge of California Labor Code, Wage and Hour regulations, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, and leave administration
- Experience supporting leaders and employees in a service-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements
- Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
