Role OverviewThe HR Generalist serves as a strategic partner to leadership and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This role is responsible for supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture and delivering a broad range of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Support production recruitment needs, assist in employee onboarding, foster positive employee relations, provide support to employees on HR-related topics, conduct investigations into workplace issues, perform daily floor walks, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, Outlook
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Proficient in HR Information Systems, Paycom experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
