Role OverviewThe Human Resources Generalist provides support, knowledge, and expertise to the Human Resources department through broad application of general HR responsibilities, including recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Do
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified candidates for open positions, maintains the HRIS system, processes payroll, and provides a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
- PHR, SPRH, or SHRM-CP Certification(s) a plus
- Proven success working in an HR department
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality and strong ethics
- Resourceful mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
