What You Will Do
Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, oversee the new employee onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes, maintain employee records and HR databases, manage employee benefits programs, address and resolve employee relations issues, respond to general HR inquiries, and gather and analyze HR data.

Requirements
- Knowledge of HR processes and policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
