Job Description
Boscov's is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team. The role involves managing HR functions, recruiting, and training new hires. The ideal candidate has prior retail sales management experience and 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Prior retail sales management experience
  • 2 to 4 years Human Resources Generalist experience preferred
  • Creative problem solving and confidentiality skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn HR computer systems and other store systems
  • Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends
