The HR Generalist provides day-to-day HR support for assigned client groups, promoting positive employee experience, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance, and supporting broader HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Serve as the frontline HR contact, addressing questions on HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide HR support including employee relations guidance, issue resolution, and documentation.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding and employee transitions.
  • Maintain HR metrics for assigned client groups, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to facilitate hiring for assigned groups, including interview coordination and documentation.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and DOT-related requirements, including DOT drug-testing (as applicable).
