Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to drive positive employee relations strategies, lead employee relations matters, and develop proactive approaches to mitigate challenges.

Requirements

  • Provides counsel and support to managers/supervisors on HR policy application and production operation Human Resource needs.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve issues of employee concern or conflict in an appropriate, compliant, and timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate account of concern or investigation with timely memorialization of notes and supporting documents.
  • Consult with HR Director, Labor & Employment, Legal and HR resources, and managers to provide HR support and employee relations subject matter expertise.
  • Coach leaders on appropriate follow up and disciplinary action as needed.
  • Apply expertise supporting managers and employees through ADA accommodations processes.
  • Facilitate field-based training in support of positive employee practices and relations.
  • Utilize a customer-focused approach to deliver HR solutions through effective partnerships across the HR department and business unit.
  • Provide recommendations on promotions, development opportunities, and participation in learning programs.
  • Conduct employee exit interviews, analyze and capture trends, and make recommendations.
  • Assist with general and administrative HR duties as assigned.
