Role OverviewThe Human Resources Generalist/Payroll Specialist will manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function, including payroll, recruiting, legal issues, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, policies and procedures, and employee records/files. The position will work within the office and oversee the processing of weekly in-house payroll for 120-160 employees.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include processing weekly payroll, reviewing and issuing employee paychecks and statements of earnings, preparing payroll reports, maintaining electronic employee cards, and managing vacation accruals. The position will also work with hiring managers to identify attributes of ideal applicants and develop strategies for filling vacancies.

Requirements

- 4 to 5 years' experience administering and implementing human resource programs
