Job Description
We are seeking a talented and professional Human Resources Generalist to drive positive employee relations strategies, lead partnering with leadership and on-site managers related to employee issues, and develop proactive approaches to mitigate challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required with 3-5 years' experience in HR with a focus on Employee and/or Labor Relations and manager coaching
  • Specific experience with conflict management and leading through investigations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor, federal and multi-state regulations
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick relationships across multiple levels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to solve complex challenges, leveraging solid critical thinking skills
  • Must navigate sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Geographically mobile and able to relocate within a region
