Role Overview

The Human Resources Graduate Leadership Development Program (HR GLDP) is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as a Human Resources leader. As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for the HR GLDP and post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection.

What You Will Do

Participants will complete three, eight-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, including talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations and more. Learning opportunities will include: formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship, utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology, and a network of outstanding GLDP alumni.

Requirements

  • Graduate student completing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field of study between December 2026 – June 2027.
  • 1+ years work experience post-Undergraduate degree preferred – ideally gained in large, forward-thinking, global organizations. Experience in Life Sciences or STEM-related industry preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.
  • Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities.
  • Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs.
