Job Description
Regions Hospital is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across key human resources functions. This role supports both the Employee and Labor Relations and HR Business Partner teams and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant HR operations.
Requirements
Associate degree in Human Resources or a related field or one year of related HR or administrative experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced, multi‐functional environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS systems.
