Job Description
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst II will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS platform, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department and the business.
Requirements
Experience in requirements engineering, functional design, and data mapping, for the HCM platform
Collaborate with other analysts and HRIS staff to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS system and to test new applications and features
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including process workflows, data mappings, and integration rules
