Job Description
Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist responsible for acting as functional administrator and primary liaison between CommuteAir and the system vendor, ensuring accurate creation and update of employee records, monitoring activity, and building reports.

Requirements

  • Completion of a four (4) year undergraduate program in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field and 24 months of relevant work experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities regularly with attention to detail
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive issues and materials
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a team setting
  • Travel (10%)
  • A valid state issued driver’s license
