Job Description
Role Overview

The Human Resources Intern will assist with various administrative projects, including updating position descriptions, tracking updated positions, and generating HR reports. The intern will work with the Office of Human Resources to support HR senior analysts and managers on various projects. The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is a diverse team of passionate, education-focused professionals responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of education for Ohio's students.

What You Will Do

Update position description templates, track updated positions, save position descriptions with an established naming convention, scan and index personnel files, assist staff with boxing up files, update templates and forms, use checklists to archive electronic documents, generate HR reports, and support HR senior analysts and managers.
