Role OverviewPepper Construction is a national general contracting and construction management firm seeking a motivated and curious Human Resources Intern to join their Indianapolis team. The intern will work alongside experienced HR professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain hands-on exposure to the employee experience.
What You Will Do
As a member of the HR team, the intern will support day-to-day HR operations, assist with employee onboarding and orientation activities, and help coordinate training sessions and employee events.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Junior or Senior standing preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work approximately 15 to 20 hours each week in an office environment
