Job Description
The HR Intern will support key Human Resources initiatives with a focus on compliance, HR systems, and process improvement, providing hands-on experience in auditing employee records, assisting with an HRIS implementation, and contributing to HR projects that support business operations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Interest in HR Compliance or HR systems
  • Availability for a minimum 12-week summer internship
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
