Job Description
The Human Resources Intern will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including recruitment, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and front desk coverage.
Requirements
Current full-time enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program; concentration in human resources management preferred.
Active membership in the Human Resources Management Association preferred.
Current student membership in Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) preferred.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of Human Resources responsibilities.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills with basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Cooperative, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work a minimum of 15–20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
