Job Description
The Human Resources Lead, People Processes & Regional Operations is a hands-on HR leader responsible for delivering high-quality HR operations across the Americas region. This role oversees core HR lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and alignment with global standards.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Manager experience; multi-country experience preferred.
2+ years of people management experience.
Strong multi-state U.S. employment knowledge; Canada/Mexico/LATAM experience is a plus.
Expertise in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Proficiency with HRIS and case management tools (Workday, ServiceNow preferred).
Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, discreet, and effective at managing multiple priorities.
