D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager - Marketing Technology to lead routine Human Resource functions for the corporate Marketing Technology department in conjunction with Corporate Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Partner with Marketing Technology leadership and Corporate Human Resources to understand and execute the department's talent strategy
  • Manage the talent acquisition process
  • Provide support to management and other staff when employee related questions and issues arise
  • Ensure managers are aware of and compliant in exercising company policies relating to management responsibilities
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that improve employee experience and business outcomes
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
