Job Description
The ideal candidate for the Human Resource Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function, including experience working in a union environment. The role is responsible for benefits administration, recruitment and retention efforts, ensuring compliance, and providing support throughout the employment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 2 years or more of HR experience in a hotel preferred
  • A 4-year college degree; or a 2-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience
  • Refined verbal, written, and presentation skills in English- Spanish is a plus
